Sex Coaching

Sex coaching is a combination of Life Coaching, Advanced Sex Education and the techniques learned from some of the ancient cultures, including Tantra and Kama Sutra. Sex coaching is offered in two methods, for those who live or visit the Atlanta Georgia area, I offer In Person, one-on-one coaching sessions in my unique studio setting.

For those who do not live or visit the Atlanta area, I offer phone coaching. This is usually the best method to start a coaching program, setting up weekly or twice weekly coaching sessions on the phone. We can get to know each other so much better and then if the time comes that we can meet in person, we will have already started improving your "conscious sexuality".

I am often asked, why don't you only offer phone coaching. The reason is, some individuals and couples are looking to meet in person and discuss their individual situations face to face. Either way, i will be glad to help you any way i can.

Sex coaching involves helping a client or clients examine their current situation, then offering advice, techniques and skills, sometimes using hands on examples to help the client improve the quality of their own sex life. With the focus on a future outcome, you can reach your goals, visions, and wishes and have what you want to manifest in your life. It's a process, not an event. Sex Coaching involves talking, accessing emotions, practicing a variety of specific exercises, conducting home assignments to do alone or with your partner, reading, watching videos, writing and, most of all, daring to change.

Sex Coaching is not therapy, we don't spend time looking back on past situations, failed relationships and unsatisfactory performance. Sex is like a journey in life, it is all about the events and experiences, not about the outcome.

I love my work because i get to meet so many different individuals and couples and help them reach for a greater level of pleasure in their life. When I work with a single man or lady and they tell me they never knew life could be so good, it makes me tingle all over. When I work with a couple, and then tell me they never knew they could love their spouse this much, i feel like I have done my job.

Sex Coaching is a mix of these elements:

2) Re-directive cognitive processes and mental reframing
3) Emotional balancing

6) Resource and referral management

I use a process known as "Sensate Focus" to teach my clients how to clear their mind, reconnect their mind, body and spirit and enjoy all the pleasures from the human touch.

For men:
Erectile dysfunction (not being able to get or keep an erection when you want)
Ejaculatory Control issues (not being able to control when you release at orgasm to ejaculation---early ejaculation being the most common, and including delayed ejaculation and learning how to reach multiple orgasms)
